I was so exited to go into the salt cave. My daughter and I both went. They had the most soft, beautiful robes to put on. As I was in the salt cave I could feel my breathing getting easier. I use the red light therapy twice a week for my hand eczema and inflammation in general. Within 2 weeks, I could feel a change. No longer waking up in the morning with swollen hands that I could not clench. The eczema itself has cleared dramatically, as well.

The salt cave was fantastic and I can't wait to go again! The center is beautiful and relaxing, with lockers and a robe provided for your use. The salt cave has two sizes of chairs, which was greatly appreciated, and an option to use a sound machine with a variety of nature sounds or gentle music. I've never been to a salt cave before and wasn't sure what to expect, but our guide explained and checked in with us after a few minutes to be sure we were good. The soft mist of salt was incredibly relaxing. My breathing really did feel improved and my skin was so soft afterwards! I also greatly appreciated that a water bottle was provided while in the room. This is a wonderful addition to the area and highly recommend everyone try it out too!

Jodie and her staff are PHENOMENAL! They have a very warm and welcoming environment and are very accommodating to peoples' needs and schedules. Jodie works hard to build relationships with her patients has the ability to deliver the necessary honesty while still being compassionate and understanding. She has a way of helping even on days where you feel mentally drained and when talking about feelings sounds as appealing as a root canal. Even on difficult days she manages this in a way that doesn't feel forced or pressured, but very comfortable which eventually allows for you to open up. Jodie has been so wonderful for me and I recommend her to everyone I know!

My son has been seeing the owner for several years now and he absolutely loves her and the staff. I have also seen her in the past and it has really helped me. I love the atmosphere of the space and everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. They have great flexibility with their availability and we have been able to adjust our appointment times easily when things in our day to day life change. I love this place! Jodie especially is awesome, I put off getting counseling for years because I was scared of being judged or misunderstood but neither of those things ever happen during our sessions, and I've grown so much over the past couple years it's truly a blessing that I found her! The staff and environment is also wonderful 10/10 would recommend!
